TCP/IP

Transmission Control Protocol(TCP) / Internet Protocol(IP): TCP/IP is a family of standardized network protocols that handle the routing and transport of data packets within a network (e.g., LAN, WAN). The TCP/IP reference model relevant to the Internet consists of four interdependent layers (network, internet, transport, and application layers). The IP protocol is responsible for routing the data packets, while TCP is responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of the data.
