Agile procedures (from the Latin agilis "nimble, agile") refer to approaches in the procedure that are intended to increase transparency and the speed of change and lead to faster completion of the procedure in order to minimize risks and undesirable developments in the process. To this end, an attempt is made to reduce the design phase to a minimum and to achieve a system that is usable by users as early as possible in the process. This is coordinated with the users at regular, short intervals. In this way, it should be possible to respond flexibly to user wishes in order to increase overall user satisfaction. -> See also Waterfall. |
