The introduction of a LIMS is often a major challenge for smaller laboratories. However, what always sounds simple and quick for providers can quickly become a stumbling block. In addition to the costs, it is often the human resources involved that represent an obstacle to the introduction of such a system. At Wartig Nord Analytik GmbH (WNA), the entire process from planning to live operation took around two years.
